The teachers at CoMo Fitness lead group classes focused on strength and mobility, using tools to develop movement intelligence through the use of basic gymnastics, aspects of yoga, calisthenics, plyometrics, crawling based movements, kettle bells, olympic weightlifting, cardiovascular training, circuit training, and HIIT.
What sets us apart from other gyms is our world class coaching, the uniqueness of our classes, and the results they produce.
We understand that joining a new gym may seem intimidating especially if you are new to our style of training, which is why we try to make all members feel welcome and offer a free week trial membership. Our mission is to change lives through movement and we’re excited to be apart of this great community of Milwaukee.
